P.B Gada Paramshanti English Medium School - Bhachau

As you all know that society, state, country and world is getting very small because of science and technology. For the future generation, it is very much necessary to know English language. So, the question is what led to the development of children of individuals with modest incomes? Do they not have the right to receive education in English medium?

Many children don’t get chance to fulfill their desire and aspiration because of their parent’s income. But the thinking of our trustees of this charitable organization is like that lotus that blooms only in the mud. So, the organization has started the English medium school on the basis of no loss no profit in New-Bhachau.

The school has been running since 10 years. Access to education is being provided from L.K.G to standard 10. About 600 children are studying here with beautiful facilities. Organization is also thinking to extend to higher secondary education in the school, in order to satisfy the hunger of the needy children who are willing to study ahead.

Navjivan Secondary & Higher Secondary Gujarati Medium School

The Gujarati medium Primary, Secondary & Higher Secondary school which is managed by our institute was built with the help & guidance of Shrimati Madhuben Thakersi Bhai Patel, Sympolo Ceramic, Morbi.

Now we have classes from STD 5th to 12th. All primary, secondary and higher secondary school facilities are available in our institute so that the students of hostel get their education and avail all help in the campus itself.

So far more than 750 students have taken advantage from here.

Smt. Minaxiben Prafulbhai Babulal Satra Kanya Chhatralay

In the girls hostel we have students from different caste, disabilities and from the poor family background. They spend their time in hostel in different activities along with their studies. They are provided with free basic Quality of Education and other facilities without any discrimination of caste and creed.

They can complete their education from 5th to 12th class without any difficulty. Till now more than 900 girls have taken the benefits of the hostel.

There are 50 girls presently studying in our organization. They get healthy meal 3 times a day, along with good food they are provided with excellent hostel facilities. Our motive is “To provide bright & right education and shelter to more girls in future for the betterment of their life”.

Seth Chunilal Gagaldas Shah Kumar Chhatralay Bhachau

With educationally support food & accommodation to boys who are from economically weaker background students from rural area find it difficult continue their education due to lack of money, proper environment and availability of good infrastructure & good counseling. Our trust took this as a challenge to help these types of peoples to complete their education with providing all the facility like food, accommodation, education in Bhachau-Kutch.

We provide the hostel facility to the Boys. With the help of volunteers the trust provides coaching classes, computer classes, and other sports activities to our students. We also provide counseling for mentally disturbed students and bring back to their normal life.

Till today approximately 325 boys have taken advantage of it. Now nearly 50 boys are there in the hostel. It is said that "Writing on a blank slate looks beautiful”. Similarly, when the children of uneducated and rural people study here they look beautiful.

a) Medical Assessment Camp

Shri Navjivan Viklang Sevashray has organized Medical Assessment Camp for Peoples with Disabilities in Different areas of Kutch and Morbi District. After the assessment by doctor and medical team, beneficiaries are given the medical certificate which is the basic document for getting government help.

In year 2020-21 we have organized Total 9 Medical camps in Bhachau, Rapar, Gandhidham, Anjar, Adesar in Kutch district and 2 camps in Halvad, 1-1 in Morbi and Thangadh in Morbi District.

b) Providing Medical Certificate & UDID Card

"Unique ID for Persons with Disabilities” project is being implemented with a view of creating a National Database for PwDs. The project will encourage transparency, efficiency and ease of delivering the government benefits.

In year 2021-2022 more than 1000 Medical Certificates are provided by our Ngo.

c) Disability Pension Plan & Travel Passes

Divyangjan ST Bus & Railway Pass: Divyangjan is given benefit of free travel within Gujarat State. In year 2021-22 more than 198 passes have been issued by our organization.

Sant Surdas Yojana (Pension): Under this scheme disabled beneficiaries are given a monthly pension of Rs. 600 via Direct Benefit Transfer. Our Organization helps Divyangjan in filling forms online. In year 2021-22 we have helped 234 beneficiaries.

d) Providing Aids & Appliances

We offer free of cost aids including Electric Tricycle, crutches, wheelchairs, calipers and artificial limbs. Every year we conduct 3-4 mega Aids & Appliances distribution programs in Kutch-Morbi District, covering on average more than 1000 beneficiaries.

In year 2021-22, 39 Battery operated Electric Tricycles (First Time in Kutch) were distributed with the CSR Initiative of IOCL - Kandla.

e) Disable Marriages

We aim to break the perception of society regarding the wedding of differently-abled people. The NGO has organized Mass Wedding Ceremonies since its establishment. 11 differently-abled couples were married in 2017.

It is a platform where every individual has equal opportunities to choose their life partners. Finding love is one of the biggest challenges for a physically disabled person in India, and we strive to bridge that gap.

f) Sports, Cultural & Artistic Activities

Cultural, sports and leisure (CSL) activities are vital for inclusion. We conduct Disable athletic meets, State Level Blind Cricket Tournaments, and Orthopedic Handicap Cricket Tournaments.

We aim to create an inclusive sports culture. The three pillars of our programs are: Progressive and Therapeutic sports programs, and appropriate coaching.

g) Skill Development & Employment

People with disabilities often lack access to basic education and skills training. Our role is to enable them to access work opportunities by facilitating relevant knowledge, skills, and attitudes.

We ensure youth and adults have access to training opportunities, decent work (waged or self-employment), and income. We also ensure girls and women with disabilities have equal opportunities.

h) Inclusive Education Halvad

This plan is guided by the central and state government in locations like Chotila, Maliya, Wankaner, Than & Morbi. Children get education up to 12th standard free of cost. Children are guided to get medical certificates to get admission as special children.

Under this plan, more than 500 children have benefited. Last year 10 blind & 12 mentally retarded children passed out under our guidance. Rs.4,75,000/- has been won by children for showing talents in sports.
